Hey all, I downloaded a video from the website of a band that I like. The reason I downloaded the video is because they have it up as a web video, but it is encoded in MPEG2 and the file size is 130 MB!!!!! 
I want to re-encode it so they can deliver it more effeciently.
I have the MPEG open in Vegas, but the audio does not show up on the timeline. Both channels are a straight line, no wave to work with.
Any suggestions? Maybe the source file is corrupt, but it plays in my various media players. ANy help is appreciated!
