Importing anamorphic 720 x 304 video and exporting it in that same resolution... how?

Guys, I've ran into an issue, and I want to get it right.

I have a video with a resolution of 720 x 304 - standard 2:35.1 anamorphic and I've imported it to Premiere Pro, I want to export it in the same resolution and aspect ratio, anamorphic. How do I go about doing that the right way?

Here's how I've tried doing it, tell me if I'm on the right track.

I've made a sequence that is 720 x 480 which is the closest I could find in Premiere.
Then I've imported my 720 x 304 video
Upon EXPORT, I have tried to crop the SOURCE, visually not mathematically... and I have these settings Left/Right: 64px and Top/Bottom: 89px
Upon playback it sort of looks ok - without the "pulsating edges" if you guys know what I mean, but I do encounter jittery playback. I'm not sure if that is because the crop and settings don't match, or because I need to play around with the codes.

Either way, I want to do it the correct way, if there is one.

Am I close? I think I read something about cropping "88" off the top and such...

How do I export my video with the same resolution and aspect ratio as I have imported it with, which is 720 x 304?

I'd really like some help I'm trying to put together a video for a music producer who's asked me to create a music video for him.

I'm assuming this is for Web? because 720x304 is non compliant for DVD, you would letterbox it and do it slightly differently

Set your sequence settings to "desktop" and that will unlock the settings and enable you to enter any value

Use 720x304, 1:1 square pixels for the sequence settings, do the same for export. Use the same framerate as the source for sequence and export settings

You cannot export this to say dvd without black bars top and bottom.
There might be more formats that you can export to but I only know mp4, flv and uncompressed avi can do this.

Yes this is for the web, it's going to either youtube or vimeo. I'll try the "desktop" setting you speak of, but I have Premiere Pro CS5 and last time I tried to make a sequence that is custom, I couldn't find anything... I'll look again. If I can't find it, am I out of luck? because I just can't get the crop to be perfect. I can get the top and bottom to be neatly cropped and sometimes even the right side, but the values just won't do it for all sides, I either have 3 sides perfect and one side with like 1px of black border.

YESSS!!!! this worked! Thanks so much! That "desktop" setting term is so misleading, plus it's in a totally different tab where I hadn't looked before.. no wonder. I'm glad you can set custom settings, I was perplexed when I couldn't find any custom settings, but there it is... just a bit hidden.

THANKS AGAIN!
