Hi there, I'm sorry if this has been adressed before, I've been searching and searching for a solution but I have yet to find one. Basically I have all of my footage from an HVX-200 backed up on my hard drive. After importing a clip into fcp using log and transfer, the footage starts off normally, then the sound cuts off after a few seconds, then it seems to slow down considerably. When I preview the footage before importing it plays back perfectly. The only thing I can think is going on is that it says the compressor is DVC720p60. Shouldn't it be 24? If so how do I change this in the import settings?
--EDIT--
If I select the options to not remove pulldown or delete duplicate frames, the footage plays back smoothly with audio, but it is of course at 59.94 frames/second. There seems to be some sort of error removing the pulldown that is causing it to look sluggish and blurry.
