Nature of the work: I am going to do video shooting of a talking host until the waist.

I have 4 70w lights now. 2 'f & v double lamp socket', 2 stands, 1 diffuser (umbrella)
I am willing to buy more lights, what lights do I need, please guide me

It sounds like your host is addressing the camera directly and you will be lighting them flat. I'd have two same wattage soft sources to light the green screen evenly, two soft sources to evenly light your host and a hair light behind and above them for more separation. You also want to have a minimum 7'-10' separation between your host and green screen to prevent spill/contamination of the reflected green light onto the subject.

Yep - distance between the subject and the green screen is really important. The subject lights are very side on in your drawing - you will get some butterfly shadows from the nose. I'm not sure that the lighting for the screen is going to be bright enough - those CFLs are pretty weak. I'd agree totally with the need for some backlight on the subject to get rid of any green from the screen and give some isolation. I would still use a key and a fill from the front on the subject. Room length is going to be the limitation, and I bet you end up with the camera right up against the end wall. Tight screen, no creases and even lighting on it are the critical areas.
