import videos into mov?

I just got Final Cut Studio 2 to start my projects on it instead Edius Broadcast for specific tasks. I knew that FCP will convert any videos into mov but is it possible to bypass the conversion and edit directly from mxf files by P2/HVX format? I just want to speed up the work by editing directly from native files instead waiting for the conversion to be done before I can begin unlikely with Edius!

I just found out that there is a program from www.dvfilm.com will be able to edit directly from mxf instead conversion process. Anyone experienced with DVFilm for FCP?
