IMDB for commercials/videos/etc.?

[c.g._eads]

A lot of times I watch a commercial and I'll see an actor or a cinematographer whose name I'd like to know. But how the hell do I find this information? Is there something similar to IMDB for commercials/videos?

IMDB is a great tool for theatrical (film/TV) but not for commercials. You could try:

http://search.zimply.com/television-commercial.html?keyword=television commercial

I know that there is a searchable data base used by a lot of CDs (casting directors). Not certain if it is a subscription site, I'll ask a few CDs that I know to find out.

Actually its www.mvdbase.com for music videos.

I check it pretty often to see who directed a certain video and then see what other videos that director did.

dont know about commercials though
