A little help from the experts or folks that have used these pieces of equipment would be very much appreciated. I have a Glidecam 2000HD that I use with my HMC150. It does tend to get a little heavy after a while, so I thought I would look at vests. I looked at the Glidecam vest and I am sure its a peach but at $1300 it should be. I saw some other vests that didn't "look" just right and then I found some on the ImageWest site. I have never purchased from them so my first question is how the company (ImageWest) rates..? Second, they have a vest that looks and reads the same as the Glidecam version except its about $550. I am wondering if this vest can even be compared to the Glidecam vest and if it will even fit me. I am not a small person..haha... I am over 6' and weigh 350lbs. Any and all info you guys could throw my way would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
