Images of documents in timeline

What would be the best way to show documents on screen using Vegas? Obviously, I can just video them, but is there an easier way to show them, like the way you can import images into the media pool? I'm making a training video and have to show examples of the paperwork that the employees have to fill out. Any ideas?

Thanks
Nathan
