Images Become Blurred??!!

I am editing a baby picture montage, and for some reason, every picture is showing up as being blurry. They are sharp when I have the image in the viewer, even when the playhead is paused in the canvas. But when I play the timeline, they become blured. I know its probably something super easy, but I can't seem to figure it out. Any help would be great. Thanks.

That's because FCP alter your video rez to give you realtime feeling with less processing power.

Renders should be clean…
