Image stepping/scalloping in AE

Can't figure out why this image is showing this "scalloping" effect. All looks smooth in FCP, export using the correct setting for footage (DVCPRO50) and import into AE. Usually this is how video will look when stopped on a timeline but in AE it looks this way rendered out. The only effect is a mask with a sky replacement....any ideas?

Figured it out. Forgot to Interpret Footage. AE thought it was interlaced footage and it's Progressive, just had to turn Separate Fields off.
