Image squeezed after importing back from Color

I edited the footage I shot on a Canon HV20 in a HDV timeline and sent it to Color.
I worked with it in the Color FX room and then send it back.

For some strange reason it's now squeezed and my actors all look fat!
How can I fix it and what happened?

Play with the aspect ratio and distort tabs in your motion tab settings for the clips. Sounds like 16:9 misinterpreted as 4:3.

Thank you, that worked.
I'm just wondering why Color does it.
Normally I only edit my HVX footage and that never happened.
