Image shifts after stopping a pan: HVX + Letus EX

Having a problem that I know I've seen discussed on this forum before. But no luck in finding that thread.

Problem is a strange little shift that occurs after I pan the camera and come to a complete stop on a subject. The image shifts, just after I stop panning, as if to "catch up" with the new camera position. The tripod head is fine, and I never have this problem with the HVX stock lens, minus Letus.

I am not zoomed all the way into the ground glass or anything like that. Zoomed just past the edges like you are supposed to. I have tried different Nikon lenses (35mm, 50mm, 85mm, 135mm.) and I still get this tiny shift. It occurs whether I pan left to right, or right to left, and is often quite noticeable.

I would post footage, but I'm on location right now and can't upload.

Again, I know this has been discussed before and remember someone posting footage of this phenomenon to this forum. Can't remember what the solution was and can't seem to dig up that thread from 2-4 months back.

Any help much appreciated!!
