image sequence -> video format??

i exported my footage as an image sequence and now want to put it back into sony vegas. How do you do this?
will the video show up as images? can i convert the images into a codec with some program first? then import the footage into sony vegas?

You can actually import the image sequence into Vegas. As long as they're numbered sequentially, you select the first one and check a box in the import window to make it a sequence. It'll import it all as one clip.
