image sequence imort ?

Hi
I have a number of Still clips captured from my DVx 100 .
The problem is when I want to import >media and I click on the images to import the Image sequence box is will not open .
I have used this before with no problems but latley I can't seem to open any Image sequence . I am using Vegas 7 .
Is there something simple I'm over looking .

The only reason I can think of that might cause this is that the file names are not correctly sequentially numbered.

I'll check as I think one file maybe corrupt which may cause this issue I'm having .
