Image optimizer for my DVD

So I'm going to be making a film soon and I wanted to plan ahead for the DVD that I'll be making for it. One thing that I wanted to do is have a THX-like image optimizer so that everyone that watches my movie can enjoy the cinematography at its best. Does anyone here know how I would go about making one of these optimizers, or if there are already ones that I can download and put into DVDSP or Encore CS3?

Sorry man, I'm not sure. Bump though because I'm trying to do something very similar in Encore. Someone answer this question, please.
