Hey guys, I just needed to brag to someone.

I'm just really stoked right now. I wrote an episode of a kid's show last summer and I just found out that it has been nominated for a BANFF WORLD TELEVISION AWARD.

What the hell is that? I didn't know either....

But here's the web site: http://www.banff2006.com/press.release.php?article=142

If you scroll down to the children's programs you'll see "Rap Star". I wrote that Sh*t! Wrote it in two days. (they didn't put my name there...dammit)

I'm stoked anyway. Thanks for letting me brag.

My sincerest congrats! :)

I once had a similar experience. I directed an episode of a show for public access cable TV back around 1997. Nothing special, I thought. Then the producer called me up some time later to tell me that it had won some national award! Even though I directed, he was accepting the award being the producer and talent. That was cool though.

whats up with that?? both rook and DC dont get the award or even mentioned? booooo! Well, at least you guys know the work you do is gettin some love out there.

That is so cool. That list contains some impressive names. You're up there with the best. Congratulations!!!

Thanks for the nice words guys.

And yeah...why don't they have my name on there?

My name should be there in really big colored letters that flash on and off and burn your eyes with non-safe whites that could make computer screens explode.

Or am I asking too much?
