Yeah, you heard right, silver silver silver!!!!! It was a long slow progression filled with many late nights and a few to many Mini Butterfingers but I made it! Damn it it feels good. I thought it may never happen, but I never lost hope or gave up sight of the goal. You other silvers know what I'm talking about, and to you bronzes I say never say die, you'll get there too with patience, a little luck and the gift of gab.
Onward and upward!!!

P.S. Lookout golds and plats, there's no stopping now!

Trust me, you don't want to be Platinum. There's more responsibility. Less time for film production. Although the women sure like it! It's the #1 pick-up line. "Hey baby, I'm a Platinum Member. ...At DVXuser.com" They seem REALLY interested, until I mention the DVXuser part.

Congratulations buddy. Pace yourself. The faster they rise the quicker (and harder) they fall. ;D

I'm new here, pretty much. I've enjoyed reading everyone, I've learned alot, but lately I've noticed my goals are changing... My camera bag is gathering cobwebs, I haven't been in my NLE for a week, and I'm finding my old movie making goals seem so irrelevant compared to my new, loftier goals: TO BE PLATINUM! So, to a newbie, what exactly does it take to be silver, gold, platinum, a respected member, an actual DVX movie maker, etc?? How do you find out? Is Barry, or someone, the DVX "Creator" maybe, reading all posts, and ranking us all by our relevance, our knowledge, our wit, etc? Or does it all come down to numbers and how many posts we make?? If its a judgement thing, PLEASE forgive me... If its a numbers thing, is there anyone interested in trading a slightly used DVX and a copy of FCP HD for a copy of Mavis Bacon Typing Tuturial 1.0??
