I'm gonna be filming real estate soon. What are some tips/pointers?

I would also add in addition to 'wide lens' ones that do not distort straight lines. I'd also recommend looking at 'Architectural Digest' for ideas on setups. The biggest problems with interiors is that during the day the windows blow out. This may 'add' for some types of houses, situations, but may be a detraction for others.
