I get to geek out on somebody elses dime. I am going to Tunis next month for a week with a client of mine.
So the more important thing is I get to see with my own eyes Luke's home. I have been to the other side of the Sahara before. But I am a member of this site because of these movies. I know there is nothing there, I know it will be like desert locales that I have seen before. It makes no sense, but still excites me.
That and a week in North Africa is not a bad thing.
 
Take the camera along and shoot some footage. You could get some great location shots for the scifi contest.
 
The camera is what is bringing me there. Great point. Tattonie footage for the highest bidder. Buy me a few more falafels.
