illustrator help needed

Im trying to make a logo for my new wakeboard school named MyHood. I draw the logo on a paper sheet and tried to create vector over it but it so hard haha. Actually, the logo MYHOOD and it has a sunglasses shapes. If someone want to give it a try, Ill send you the picture.

Its the same concept as using bezier curves in After Effects, though you have a little bit more control over them. Use the pen tool to trace it.
 
I think it's in CS. Select your raster graphic that you brought in, and then look at the top of your screen.. see if there is an option to auto trace.

Or like Matt said just use the pen tool.
 
I would give it a shot for you, but I will be leaving work very soon. If you still have troubles next week, I could give it a try?
 
Yeah, I could see what I can do if you still have issues. I've just been chillin' out at home. So I have nothing to do in the event Mike is busy.

Some smart kids at Stanford came up with this vectorizer. It used to be free when it was run by Stanford, it appears that the new owners are charging for the service - bummer. You get 2 conversions for free if you sign up. Worth a try.
