I'm real happy....Richard Bach's book "Illusions The adventures of a reluctant messia" is going to be a film!!! This has to be one of my all time favorite books. If I could give one thing to all the inhabitants of this planet, it would be a copy of this book. I cant wait, and truly hope they do it justice. Last I'd heard, Bach had said that he would never allow a screen adaptation of this book after they messed up Jhonothan livingston seagul so bad. For those who haven't read Illusions do yourself a favor and pick up a copy you'll love it!

It's funny when I think about it because this book was what got me into dreaming of becoming a film maker. I knew after reading it that this story had to go on the screen and I immediately wanted to be the one who put it there. I still consider this book my bible, and even before I read it I always figured the universe worked this way, and still do!

Not much on it yet, but I'm gonna be keeping an eye on imdb for updates! I fell in love with Bach's work way back at JLS (never saw the film, heard it was crapola), and have enjoyed everything he has written since ... but Illusions is to me much like Stranger in a Strange Land - a beautiful guide to what could be ... well, dreamers dream and I am one of the dreamers! I just hope justice is done, not a hatchet job!
