Three things I just learned from their tech support guy and thought I'd pass along.
1. You can't plug in the A/C adapter and the drive connector to the battery at the same time. He says they've had a bunch of A/C adapters die from this.
2. You should be able to plug A/C adapter directly into drive, if you need to use it when your battery's dead. I didn't think it would fit, but he says it does.
3. It takes a LONG time to fully charge the battery. I'd thought 4 hours was about right, but it takes roughly 15 hours for a full recharge.
