If I want to change my source files location, is there an easy way?

I want to move them from an external drive to an internal drive. Is there a way to do this without links being broken? I know of course that it asks you where your source files are when you open the project but I have probably 100 folders and it would be a monster to do.

Is there a way to tell Premiere "hey just replace R: with C: and we'll be fine"?

I didn't have enough space on my internal so I went with an external via USB but I'm finding that projects take forever to open and encode (not to mention, large encoding files crash alot). I figure putting it on internal will solve a few problems.

Normally, when Premiere asks you for the location of a file, it can determine the locations of the other files relative to that one you specify. Of course, if you have tons of directories, I'm not sure if it'll work. Make a copy and try it out.

Alternatively, copy the footage to an internal drive (they're so cheap now) and disconnect the USB drive. Then assign the drive letter that was previously assigned to your USB drive to you internal drive. Problem solved. (Of course, do this with a dedicated video drive only.)
