Hope it's ok to post to get some attention here on the cafe since this place gets a lot more activity, and need some good feedback as soon as possible. Basically I have 8 tapes...and i'm capturing tape #1 as I type this onto a 30i timeline. My planned output for viewing is on the web. So 23.97fps progressive timeline would probably be better for online viewing right? But the thing is the footage is shot at 24p Normal and not 24p Advanced. Can I still capture 24p Normal into a 23.97fps timeline or will I have problems during output if I attempt such a thing?
