Don't waste your money. this light like the others doesn't output what they say unless you are one foot from the fixture. Better off with a real light. And another misnomer is that LEDs last 100,o00 hours. Someone printed that once and now everyone says it. Their color temperature value changes over time and many simply don't last nearly as long as they want you to think.

and this is exactly why i wanted some opinons....thanks buddy...

i think ill go with the bescor kit from rush at evs....

I used a tungsten (non HMI) Frezzolini quite a bit last year for an on-board light (in addition to an arri softbank kit and kino flo's) as an additional fill or eye light.

I liked it because with the available softbox and dimmer switch, it's output didn't "look" piercing like the "look" I normally associate with an onboard light. . . Just thoughts.

The frezzi softboxes do an excellent of diffusing the light and making it more tolerable for the person in front of the camera. They are also easily collapsible and switch quickly with the rest of the frezzi accessories.

As for the AK7, jourabchi, remind me in your pricing request email to tell you how to make a simple softbox for that.
