idvd cutting off the sides of video?

hey everybody, im burning my video with idvd and its cutting off a little bit all the way around the video, mainly on the sides. when i watch it in preview in idvd, it looks fine. but when i click burn and watch it, it cuts off a little of the top and bottem and more from teh sides. what am i doing wrong?

Nothing. That's called "overscan". The outer edges of the image aren't meant to be displayed on TVs. If you pay attention to your title and action safe guides you'll be fine.
