Identify sound recording material

I came across this picture, and was wondering if one of you guys could identify the sound kit?

The only thing I personally recognize is the K-tek shock mount but I just have to ask...

thats a beachtek audio adapter under the boom and above the middle lens, hard to tell of the mic tho. def not a very proper audio setup if thats all thats there. although that particular beachtek adapter defeats the cameras AGC with a pilot tone on one channel.
