Ideas On Movie Divas Show

Hello I am trying to start up a show that is modeled after ABC's The View but it is a half hour show about celebrity news and humor centered around three girls. There is a good chance this show will be scripted. The pickle I am running into is yes this is filmed at a Public Access TV channel and sets are limited.

So what cost effective ways can I go about in dressing up the set to create this program. Does anyone have any popular Youtube shows online that I can go about and view to get some ideas of how to present this?

Any advice would be appreciated.
 
When I needed to produce a show which needed extraodinary sets with a limited budget we just put standard interview style seating into virtual sets.
