Here's a really, really basic question but basing on the sound levels in the Vegas mixing console, what is the general preferred range of audio? I believe it's 12- to 3- but I'd like to confirm that before I commit to it.
Like I said, this is one of the most basic of basic questions but I'm preparing a DVD and would like all the videos to have consistent, TV-friendly audio so I'd like to match up every scene of every video to keep anyone watching from having to constantly fiddle with the volume button on their remote (as I've had to do with many non-professional DVDs).
