hey guys. i'm new to the mac world and hoping someone here can help me. i bought an ibook from a guy and it seemed to be an alright machine.
after a few weeks i did a clean install and now i'm having a problem.
it will freeze after a short period of time, or if i'm viewing some type of media
file.
does anyone know what the cause for this could be? software update? os too strong? ram, cpu overheat, hdd malfunction?
if this were a pc i could probably troubleshoot it better.
tiger os X 10.4
800mhz power pc g4
384 mb ddr sdram
20gig hd
