I'd like to accessorize my bone-stock HPX170, here's my wishlist:
- Shoulder mount
looking at RRM microshouldermount. would like to add zoom controls to the grip area as well.
- on-camera light
what's the best for shooting indoors mostly, arena hallways and stuff like that, low-light situations? how does it get power?
- ki pro mini
fits into my fcs workflow perfectly yet i still like the flexibility of shooting to P2 - can i record to both simultaneously?, the ki pro mini needs 4-pin XLR for power... what's a good power source that I can mount on my camera rig?
- on-camera power
subset of the above, would i need 2 power sources in addition to the camera's battery?
- tripod
i have a matthews m25. it handles the basic light-duty chores i give it. what's the next step up in tripods, something sturdier perhaps?
i guess i'm a newbie when it comes to gear for smaller video. if i were outfitting a 53' remote truck, i'd be more on the ball.
