Hey, Everyone, I Used To Use Nero 7 Ultra To Burn My Dvds . But I Just Found Out That It Turn The Nice Looking Hvx200 Footages Very Urgly And Looks Like Its Been Terribly Over Exposed.

I Did Adjust It A Little Bit And It Wont Help. I Have The Same Footage In Avi, Wmv, And Mpeg Format, No Help, They All Turned Out The Same Bad Looking On Dvd.

So, I Guess Any Suggestion On A Better Dvd Burning Soft Will Help Me Out?

Thanks You All First. I Wish I Can Remove The Stupid Nero Out Of My System Soon.

Well I'm not sure if your using Nero to encode with and if you are what are your settings? You need to explain your setup so we can see where the problem lies. If your looking at your footage on an LCD

monitor and then encoding your footage out without having a color correct monitor to view your edited footage through then you are probably unhappy with the washed out look your getting from it. Its a

must to have even a half decent glass monitor to look at to see if you 4:2:2 footage is keeping its color or how the white levels are. Unless you know your LCD and have used a color correct monitor a lot then

its pretty tough to know where your at. Things will look much different on a bright colorful LCD than or a TV screen and a little darker on a PC then on a Mac while editing and washed out on TV because the

color on a LCD is much different then it is on a TV. This is why people have a color correct monitor and without knowing your setup its hard to give sound advice.

Unless you're using Nero Recode to turn your files into another format, Nero only writes data to the Disc.

Whatever you're using to create that data might be creating the "suck" in your chain.
