I almost have finished my all work in final cut 7 just for export to quicktime. but I doesnt have too much space to do the export, so I start to clean my hard disk, and I made a big mistake when I delete some video files to the recycle bin, and then delete them all, so when I come back to my proyect I found some media files off, but apart from that the images and sound they were still, but when I export the proyect I lost the audio, not the images, but no audio does no help.

MI question is can I recover this with the time machine or something else. please help me, I have to deliver this and I cant not give without sound.

From now thak you very much
