It's amazing he's made it so far so quickly but I can't say I'm terribly surprised. I asked him why he liked digital and I think he said it was because of the speed of production, but with a whole film crew, you don't really need to worry about that as much. Wow. Well, good luck to him. I can't wait to see the video.
This has inspired me to go ahead with my feature this summer, too. The tricks I learned from him for guerilla shooting should definitely help. (Tricks such as using aluminum foil wrapped worklights instead of real lights with barn doors, etc.)
