Hey, I just got back from a shoot, the footage looks amazing, I shot 24PA...captured in Premiere Pro, imported into AE6 did the 24pa pulldown...now I'm ready to go right?
Problem is, I can't edit the exported file from AE 6 in Premiere Pro...it gets all choppy. I've tried all sorts of codecs, even mid size sorrenson 3 (which is way more quality loss than is acceptable to me) and it's still choppy!
Does anyone have experience with this?
care to lend some advice?

p.s. I can't afford new software (ie: vegas, blade etc.)
