Hello there,

Another newbie on board... My name is Francis and I am writing movie script for hobby. I will shoot my first short film in a couple of weeks... I am equipped with a Canon XL2, a Sony DSR-V10, a PC (for now, i want to get a Mac Pro to do my post)...

I am living in Montreal!

welcome, congrats on your first film. The xl2 is a decent cam, make sure to shoot 24p though. Shouldn't need to much computer power to cut it seeing is that it's sd. You can always uprez to hd down the road. good luck. let us know how it goes.
