My house is under the Hollywood sign (Beachwood Canyon)
This house is very private and set back from the road so is quiet for the sound guys.
10' to 12' (or more) ceilings thought the home. This house is very modern and the finishings are pristine. Some of the furniture is custom built for this house.
No pool. I have hot tub and cool gass fire pit
No view but the benefit is privacy.
3 bathrooms that are finished off kind of swanky (Waterworks of Beverly Hills)
Yes, I just used the word "swanky" Don't kill me please.
I can get a few thousand $ per day but don't like big crews who trample the place so offer it up to micro crews for more like $500. Price depends on number of people and how many days you want it.
Also, I work from home and am no slouch at photography, video, etc so could lend a hand if you needed anything. I will stay out of your way if you do not need me.
So if you are s DVX user with a micro crew and want an upscale location on the cheap then let's talk.
