Hello

I"m a college student ( film major ) living in Dallas Texas

I have written a great script, and I have gathered a group of friends to film this script i have written. However, I really want to shoot this film with a DVX100...given that it shoots (film-like) and with more features to mess with.

I have contacted MPS STUDIOS, however they are charging way too much to rent a dvx100.

If there is anyone in dallas that has a dvx100 and is willing to let a college student to rent it...please please contact me.

my email is keanuo@gmail.com

Once I finish the film, i will be sending it to different film festivals, and whoever is willing to let me use their dvx100 will definately be gettin credit

I will pay money to use the dvx100...however please please email me

thanks!

The MPS package price includes other stuff like a matte box and Zoe controller, I believe.
There are many owner-operators in Dallas, be mindful of proof of insurance when asking a stranger to let you borrow their gear.... Hope this helps.

Tell a little more about your project, what exactly you need (camera-only or camera, MB, FF, tripod, filters, lighting, sound gear, dolly, crane, etc.), how long you'll need it, what you can offer as collateral against damage/loss (or insurance) and your proposed budget or how much you can afford and then maybe you'll probably get a few bites.

As it appears now, this is only your second post. No-one knows anything about you or your project, and no-one will let their equipment out to a stranger without a certain level of confidence. Does that make sense? Hope so.
