I need to do a "Break Down"

I have been tentatively picked up on a film with a mid-range budget. The Producer has asked me for a breakdown for 6 weeks of filming work, including a small speaking role in the film. There will be some driving (100 miles +) back and forth between sets.

What is the customary format? I know what I charge for being completely self-sufficient, but this is different, as some of the stuff will be taken care of. Media will be on their dime.

A break down is under the realm of an Assistant Director. Basically the customary format is done in MovieMagic or EP Scheduling.

If he is also talking about transportation that is a Day Out Of Days sheet. Which tells where people are and when. It also sounds like he was a stripboard made for the shoot as well.

I mean - it's not too hard to do. But its time consuming. And you kinda have to know what you are doing with it.

---unless of course you are talking about your payrate? ---

I should of explained it better. The breakdown is for my services on the film. Pay, expenses, travel, etc. I am a camera operator for them but not shooting primary footage. I am doing the BTS interviews, and the "Making of" film. My role will spill on to the set as a journalist (?), so I will be doing my job as well as playing an minor actor at the same time. They wrote me and the on-camera guy into the script.
