I need help with a lighting setup that will give me this effect, help?

Sry, about the nudity but it is a very artistic piece, in fact its a music video.

I really love how that one area is illuminated while the rest is very dark. I have been wondering how to due that technique with a lighting setup. But, I would also like to try and elminate some of the shadows, if possible.

Any suggestions would be greatly apprecitated.

4 focused fresnels it looks like
theres one hitting the backdrop that doesnt hit bjork

my first reaction: holy shiz it's twizzlers growing out of bjorks's nipples.
 
There's a lot of digital compositing in this, a lot of masks and rotoscopes, And certainly a heavy CC. Honestly it's quite impossible to do this grades and see those gradients like that with DV or DVCPro originated material without banding or some other weird artifacts. As for shape, I also agree it looks like fresnels, but could be dedolights as well, since the shape and falloff is so perfect...

Yes, I agree.
Besides that, I only see two fresnels : one in front of her (with a shadow in the center that you can see on the floor, probably made digitally to enforce that rising sun effect) and a focused one hitting a probably gray backdrop.
