I Need Help Removing High Pitched Hiss in Footage

background, just in case you were curious: Somehow my LitePanel lights attached by the shoehorn adapter to my dvx's created some weird current when turned on that left a high pitched hiss on my footage... (i have no clue why because my previous shoot was no different and had no bad sound on that footage)

what sucks is that we were shooting in a very loud area and although i have really nice headphones, our surroundings were so loud that i never heard the hiss and if i did i thought it was coming from something on the location...

so now I need some guidance on removing this horrible disturbance in my clips... i dabled with the filters in final cut, but it didn't seem like they did anything...

if it's not an easy task whatsoever, and someone out there is local to orange county, i could be willing to pay to have you come in and do your magic...

help me please and thank you...

I use Soundtrack Pro, and I've trashed SoundSoap. Don't waste your money, go with Soundtrack Pro. It's worth every penny. The included folley sounds and the sound repair tools alone are worth the cost. It's fantastic.

ok so i have soundtrack pro and watch the tuturial on the support page on how to isolate the sound and try to remove it... only problem is... it's not giving me the option to do it.... when i highlight the area of my wave, i go to the drop menu and the option is greyed out... it just won't let me even attempt... i also tried doing the pop analysis and removal and it wouldn't let me do that either... any idea why??? my copy is factory purchased, so i'm not sure why this is happening... thanks for the help guys...
