Secondly, you can download free samples from various companies as posted.

With some creative editing these can suffice fine. Is it "illegal" to use those samples?
Third: Posts from Owen and John Hudson are correct and accurate. I am a sound designer and composer. I have invested a small fortune over the years and have an extensive collection of music and sound effects libraries. I own these libraries out right and use them for film and video projects. This is perfectly legal and their intended purpose. I have never sold or traded any of my libraries.
My only intent was to help someone out who needed a small favor but in doing, so I'm being accused of "illegal" activity. I don't condone piracy or illegal software and take offense to any insinuations otherwise.
Sorry Coffee but I have to rescind my offer.
I hope you understand.

BLUESPIDER said:Coffe, dude, if you still need thunder sounds I have them. I have "my own" recorded sound effects library which I've recorded over the past 5 years or so. So if you need anything just ask me. I'm the owner of these sounds because well I personally recorded them and you can use them for whatever you like. Only I can sue you!let me know.
Why?
Because I'm a nice muthaphucker!
Peace!
