I need a suggestion for a good wind screen and boom pole w/ mount.

I have an ME66 and I need a wind screen, boom pole and shock mount....can anyone recommend a good middle of the road setup for this? I don't want the cheapest, but I don't want to get the most expensive either...I need good bang for the buck.

The k-tek K ZEP is a good quality unit at a good price. 300 vs. 600 for a Rycote.
