I need a book!

I want to start learning AE. What is the best book to get that explains this software the simplest. I am okay with a AE for Dummies for all I care right now. A friend of mine got me a copy of AE overseas for free so I have no books or instruction manuals or anything like that.

Check out the Chris & Trish Meyer books. They're the best starting point i've come across.

The Classroom in a Book series is always good. The AE one is pretty good, though the Photoshop and Illustrator ones blow it away.

I like the AE classroom in a book. It takes you from beginning to end on a project and covers several areas. It is pretty basic though and will provide a good foundation for any other text you would venture into from there.
