I need a 2.35:1 matte

I know how to put a matte on in Sony Vegas 8 using the "Event Pan/Crop", turning off the "Lock Aspect Ratio" and moving the top or bottom box up and down, but I don't know how much is exactly 2.35:1. I know that shooting SQUEEZE gives you a 1.78:1, but I want to have a transparent outline of where the 2.35:1 lines should be in my NLE and make a marked outline on a transparent peice of paper (or something) on the DVX100B's LCD screen so I can shoot it properly. I found one about a year ago for the NLE, but now that I need one, I can't find one.

After lining up the transparent matte:

If someone has an exact 2.35:1 matte, that would be awesome.

I don't know about doing it that way, but here is what I do.

I place solid black media on two tracks above anything else in my project. Then, I go into the Pan/Crop for each and set the Y-Center for one at 660 and the Y-Center for the other at -180.

Then you can extend this as long as your project requires and as long as it they are on the top two tracks, nothing will ever interfere with them.

You can then use that as your matte for your transparency sheet. I'm 99% it is the right amount of cropping.

And that's with SQUEESE footage, right? It looks pretty accurate so far, I think...
