I made a BIG mistake! need help!!

I shot and edited a 10minute short on a 30p timeline in FCP and the footage is true 24p after i removed the pulldown using neoscene.

is there anyway i can change the timeline to 24p without screwing up the audio and video?

i tried copying and pasting the sequence from the 30p timeline into another project with a 24p timeline but the footage now has gaps everywhere, and the audio is repeating itself!!!!

please help me! My short is due for school in five days!!

I shot all my footage in 24p and edited my it all in fcp. I accidentally edited my whole short movie in a 30p timeline!! is it possible to change the timeline without screwing up the edit?

Paste it into the 24p timeline and try selecting the footage and hitting "conform to sequence" in the menu.

Modify-->Conform to Sequence.
 
Copy all clips in the timeline and paste into a new 24p timeline. Then check the edits.

I tried conforming to sequence, but it didnt work. For some reason the audio repeats itself! I did have a seperate audio recorder, but that shouldnt make a difference.
any thoughts?
 
Could just be a render problem with the audio. Try restarting the computer (not a FIX per-se, but an easy way to get around the problem). That clears up all my issues with repeating footage/audio.
