i lost my premiere window!!!

i hit the restore down button/maximize button in the top right corner of the premiere CS4 application window and now it's way off to the left and i can't grab it or maximize it with my mouse pointer....does anybody know a keyboard shortcut to maximize the premiere window? i'm talking the entire application window, not just the effects, monitor, timeline.....the whole shabang. it is 100% impossible to grab with a mouse, what do i do?

and now i found it,

Hit Alt + Space
-Hit the down arrow once (to select "Move")
-Use the arrow keys to move the window back into view.

just about had a heart attack, but now im good again. hahaha.
