I recieved this email from a friend today. Basically he's talking about my interest in getting into the entertainment industry.

You're a sad piece of work my friend. You should stop being so full of yourself before you lose everything and everyone you have. There arn't many people in this world that will cator to your desires and attitude. I think you should of figured it out by now that when you don't have the support and comfort of your parents (they wont be around forever) you're going to be in a world of hurt. You only get through in the business by knowing people.. not by going to school or even how good you are. I actually was fortunate to get scouted for my music. . by this company called A-R Select.. they work for companies like Universal and Warner Bros.. I know I've bsed about it in the past.. but you can check it out for yourself.

A&R select? Wow, that's cool. Me, I won an ipod! Couldn't believe it; the notification just showed up in my email account. All I had to do was submit mine and 30 of my friends email accounts and give them my credit card # for shipping.

I guess luck is just in the air lately...

I litterally haven't talked to the guy in 4 months after an argument. He kept asking me to buy him food, "what are friends for *insert pouty face*" as he would say. Then asked me once to help him pay his rent. At that point I was like... wtf? So I stopped talking to him. Now he sends me random e-mail's about how horrible I am.
 
Well he turned gay and be careful if those e-mails turn to something else.
I've reading a lot from crimelibrary.com lately. People are peculiar when their emotions get hurt.

..yeah, we can only see what we've been shown, but one has got to wonder what the other side of this coin looks like.
 
A few years ago I went to a seminar on film production at AFI... Larry Cohen who has writtern or directed features films or both... from independents to majors was set to speak...

He shows up just before lunch and just basically tells everyone to go home because there's enough people in Hollywood and it doesn't need any more... and that he's having enough trouble getting work with all the writers in town as there was back then...

The sad part is this guy really believed it and in his big ego... so at lunch I went up to the AFI director who showed up and asked for a refund... I didn't need to pay somone to tell me to get out of town.... got my refund... finished the class... :)
 
Give me his email address so I can rag on him and tell him how much of wanker he is JULLIARD my arse.:)

Just a few notes, the guy claims to have known James Horner, and to have composed with him. He also showed me music that he "made" with him. That turned out to be Free Willy 3 music. (which is strangley a really good score). He says he goes to Julliard and lives in VEGAS. He works at an office max and claims he's being paid 50k a year as a manager. He has no High School diploma nor GED.
