I actually bought something off of shop-at-home tv. This is my first purchase after countless hours of watching infomercials at night. I bought this digital still camera/ mpeg4 camera made by Aiptek (never heard of them) The thing will cost me $35 for the first payment w/ shipping, followed by another four $32 payments getting charged to my account once a month. Good thing about the camera is that I can use it for the entire month and if I don't like it, I can just send it back for a full refund. I just eat the shipping ($10)
It seems pretty cool for what it is. Size of your palm, 6mp digital still camera (actually its a 3mp censor uprezzed to 6mp) it also records 640x480 mpeg4 video files at 30 fps all onto a SD card. It also holds mp3s and it also can record video via RCA inputs direct onto the SD card which I thought was cool. You can also plug the thing into your tv to display it if you choose. And its got a 2.4 inch lcd screen.
We'll see if it lives up to the hype.
I just wanted something very small and portable. Like my camera phone but 10x better
