On Fox tonight:

"Stars without Makeup: How famous people look without the glitz"

::)

I have lost all hope for humanity and once again want a meteor to take out the planet...

Re: I have lost all hope for humanity

Yuck...

well, leave it up to Fox.

Re: I have lost all hope for humanity

No worries. I'm going to watch the two hour Peter Jennings report on UFOs!

Please Kill Me...

Re: I have lost all hope for humanity

LOL!  I need to bring my camera to the grocery store because I see famous actresses there all the time and they look like HELL.   :)

Re: I have lost all hope for humanity

I lost all hope several months ago when I saw an ad for "Who's Your Daddy."

Re: I have lost all hope for humanity

I gave up on humanity around the time the wheel and fire were invented. I mean really! Why do we need'em??!! When you need to go somewhere, walk! When you're cold, get a blanket!

:D

Re: I have lost all hope for humanity

The world took a turn for the worst when hippies got mastercards

Re: I have lost all hope for humanity

I'm sorry you have lost all hope for humanity because of seeing some famous women without makeup. I wish there could be more shows like this, only with the actresses/famous women voluntering to do it. Today so many young girls seem to think they can never be "too thin or too pretty" and so are going to plastic surgeons in between hanging over the toilet. If some of these actresses would stand up and be counted WITHOUT makeup, airbrushing, etc. and show today's young girls and women that not even Halle Berry looks like Halle Berry with a 5am call it may help stop some of the horrific things girls do to their bodies. Just MHO from a female viewpoint.

But what do you do when you're cold & naked and don't have a blanket?

Your point is well taken. When my daughter grows up I hope she has the tools to see through that illusion. It is a legitimate concern.

Still, I doubt that's the motivation for the program.

Oh, I know that. We are talking about schlock for shock Fox. But wouldn't it be wonderful if a few "rich and beautiful" would do a show just like this on their own! Kelly Rippa has done it on Regis and Kelly and even said something like - "see kids, even I don't look like me when I come in for work". I love her for that!!!

Re: I have lost all hope for humanity

Oprah did something like that a few years ago.

Yea, I watch Oprah now and again. You gotta problem with that?
